Customer Operating Conditions:

There are four aluminum‑part grinding stations, which generate large amounts of dust during the grinding process. It is now necessary to collect and treat this dust and ensure that emissions comply with regulatory standards.

Treatment Plan:

Since the customer grinds aluminum parts, the entire dust collection system must meet explosion‑proof safety requirements, including an explosion‑proof dust collector, a 70°C fire damper, a unidirectional explosion‑proof valve, a cyclonic spark catcher, a flame arrester box, an explosion vent, and a star‑type discharge valve. The total design airflow for this project is 20,000 m³/h.

Treatment Results:

The air purified by the main dust collector meets the local organized emission standards, and a test report has been issued, earning high praise from the customer.
