Customer Operating Conditions:

Hydraulic support frame welding, with large workpiece dimensions and heavy weight, using overhead cranes for lifting. Welding methods include robotic welding and manual welding, with fixed workstations.

Control Solution:

A large telescopic enclosure is used to collect fumes and dust. One telescopic enclosure is installed at each workstation; with 1–2 workers performing welding inside the manual area, there is no external emission of fumes and dust, improving collection efficiency. The total designed airflow for this project is 31,000 m³/h.

Control Effect:

No visible fumes or dust are observed outside the telescopic enclosures, and the workshop environment has been improved.
