Customer Operating Conditions:

This project is a dust removal system for an automotive brand’s production line. The line involves welding and grinding operations, which generate substantial fumes and particulate matter, adversely affecting worker health and the workshop environment.

Treatment Solution:

In the welding area, large fixed fume hoods are used to capture welding fumes. The hoods feature frames constructed from standard‑grade profiles, with galvanized sheet metal roofing and arc‑resistant soft curtains and motorized rolling doors on both sides for localized sealing. In the grinding area, fume collection is achieved using rock wool panel enclosures. These enclosures are built on standard‑grade frames and sealed around the perimeter with flame‑retardant rock wool panels. The total designed airflow for this project is 93,000 m³/h.

Treatment Results:

The fume collection performance is outstanding, the installation is aesthetically pleasing, and customer feedback has been highly positive.
