Customer Operating Conditions:

This project involves 48 robotic welding stations, which generate substantial welding fumes during operation, adversely affecting worker health and the workshop environment.

Treatment Plan:

A closed-type enclosure is used to collect welding fumes, with a total airflow rate of 43,000 m³/h. The dust collection fans are configured as one in service and one on standby. Dust collection equipment and a monitoring platform were custom-designed to suit the available site space.

Treatment Results:

After purification by the main dust collection unit, emissions meet local environmental discharge standards. The system has been certified by an independent third-party testing company, which issued a corresponding test report.
