The solution employs large aluminum alloy fume hoods and multiple dust‑collection units to efficiently capture and treat welding fumes, ensuring compliance with emission standards while minimizing disruption to the workshop’s existing equipment operations.

Jinan Huaxin Automation has invested in and built a state-of-the-art smart manufacturing facility spanning over 100 mu, creating an integrated campus that combines R&D, production, testing, and product demonstrations. Upon completion, the plant will have an annual output of more than 10,000 sets of equipment, driving automation across multiple industries.
