Customer Operating Conditions:
The customer has a total of six automated welding stations for mine car frames, which generate substantial welding fumes during operation, adversely affecting worker health and the workshop environment.
Remediation Plan:
A large fixed-type fume hood is employed. The hood’s frame is constructed from national-standard profiles, with the upper section sealed using acrylic panels and the lower section locally sealed to protect against arc radiation. The dust collection unit utilizes the HXHJ-XF series in a one-to-one configuration, with a total designed airflow of 60,000 m³/h for this project.
Remediation Results:
The air purified by the dust collection unit meets the local uncontrolled emission standards, as confirmed by an official test report. The fume collection rate is high, resulting in a significant improvement in the workshop’s working environment.
